Once upon a time Mother Nature sent something down the river and I had to make some adjustments on a cooling water trash rake. As this required assembling a small #40 chain, the maintenance planner (whose true literacy I might never comprehend) reversed the prior rules about mandatory glove use and specifically forbade me from wearing gloves. I was able to get everything together and the problem was solved. Mother Nature is the true decision maker. Mother Nature cares nothing about anyone’s voice. She knows no words. I am all ears for some privilege calculus on the statement(s).
